Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate nursing care within the Health Screening and hospital units. You will supervise nursing staff, participate in education and quality initiatives, and ensure patient-centered care aligned with policy and clinical guidelines.

The role requires at least 5 years of diverse clinical experience, BLS and PALS certifications, and excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Registered with Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience and diversity in clinical experience and teaching.
• Certifications in BLS and PALS.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, patient-centered nursing care following the nursing process.
• Conduct nursing rounds and assist doctors during rounds.
• Collaborate with unit manager to uphold care standards and supervise staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of patient progress.
• Support health screening unit activities and quality improvement initiatives.
