KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a skilled nursing administrator to lead organization-wide nursing services. The role focuses on guiding student nurses through clinical attachments, coordinating with unit managers, and ensuring high standards of patient-centered care across services.

The incumbent will oversee education programs, staff training, and participation in quality improvement activities, while maintaining compliance with national nursing standards and safety regulations.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse with a valid APC.
• Post-basic in nursing recognized by Nursing Board of Malaysia.
• Bachelor of Nursing or enrolled in a bachelor’s program within two years of promotion.

Mansioni

• Adhere to and implement nursing care aligned with Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives.
• Organize and manage student nurses' clinical learning experiences and coordinate with Unit Managers and Heads of Services.
• Evaluate student nurses' performance and monitor patient-focused care during attachments.
• Conduct clinical rounds and participate in staff development programs and lectures.
• Participate in hospital committees, orientation programs, and in-service education for nursing staff.
