Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad in Malaysia seeks an experienced Nursing Educator to plan, deliver lectures, tutorials, clinical demonstrations and simulations, while developing course materials aligned with curriculum requirements.

You will supervise and assess student performance in theory and clinical practice, using evidence-based teaching methods, and ensure alignment with accreditation standards such as MQA and the Nursing Board Malaysia. A strong commitment to student-centered learning is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with Post Basic RN and APC from Nursing Board Malaysia.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, clinical demonstrations, and simulations.
• Supervise and assess student performance in theory and clinical practice.
• Design, conduct, and evaluate formative and summative assessments.
• Engage in research and continuing development in nursing education.
• Support accreditation, audit, and curriculum development activities.
