Job summary

Easmed is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist based in Central to provide clinical and technical support in the operating theatre, deliver product training, and ensure safe, effective use of our surgical technologies across ENT, General Surgery, Urology, and more.

You will train clinicians, assist in procedures, and build strong customer relationships while providing ongoing on-site support. Willingness to travel and work independently is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Allied Health, or related healthcare discipline.
• Experience in operating theatre is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for teaching and supporting clinicians.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel and provide on-site clinical support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support during surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons, nurses, and operating theatre staff with safe and effective use of medical devices.
• Coordinate and manage clinical case coverage, including on-call support when required.
• Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training, and clinical education for healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing clinical support.
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and support business growth.
