Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Clinical Application & Technical Trainer to deliver product training and clinical guidance to healthcare professionals. You will facilitate hands-on sessions, demonstrations, and practical training on our systems, ensuring safe operation and compliance with company policies.

The role requires travel both locally and internationally, strong English communication, and the ability to translate clinical workflows into clear training materials and user guides.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing, Medical Assistant, Healthcare Science, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct local and overseas product training for doctors, nurses, biomedical personnel, and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver clinical application training, product demonstrations, and hands-on practical sessions.
• Train users on machine setup and shutdown, consumables preparation, and medical gas safety.
• Provide guidance on equipment cleaning, handling, documentation, and safety precautions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist users with operational issues.
• Understand clinical workflows and support users in the proper application and operation of the equipment in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare training materials, user guides, training records, and reports.
• Provide customer support related to product operation and application when required.
• Travel locally and internationally for training, demonstrations, and customer support.

Position: Clinical Application & Technical Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Application & Technical Trainer to provide product training, clinical application support, and technical guidance to healthcare professionals. Training on our products and systems will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct local and overseas product training for doctors, nurses, biomedical personnel, and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver clinical application training, product demonstrations, and hands-on practical sessions.
• Train users on machine setup and shutdown, consumables preparation, and medical gas safety.
• Provide guidance on equipment cleaning, handling, documentation, and safety precautions.

Requirements

Education

Degree in Nursing, Medical Assistant, Healthcare Science, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or a related healthcare or medical device field.

Experience

Preferably 2–3 years of experience in one or more of the following:

• Clinical application support
• Hospital or clinic equipment handling
• Biomedical service/support
• Nursing or clinical support
• Extracorporeal or wellness device operation

Technical Competency

• Machine setup and shutdown
• Medical gas safety
• Basic troubleshooting
• Equipment cleaning and handling
• Documentation
• Equipment and operational safety precautions

Clinical Competency

• Understand clinical procedure workflows.
• Able to explain clinical applications clearly and professionally.
• Able to communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Must not provide independent medical diagnosis or treatment advice unless appropriately licensed to do so.

Additional Requirements

• Willing to travel locally and internationally.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Confident in conducting training and hands-on demonstrations.
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
