Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad seeks a Clinic Receptionist to register patients, prepare case notes and assist with admissions and investigations. The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and bilingual communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

The successful candidate will support lobby flows, maintain accurate records, and uphold hospital accreditation standards while delivering courteous service to patients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in servicing environments, preferably healthcare.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive and register patients at the clinic counter.
• Take patient vital signs, weight and height for relevant clinic.
• Send patients for admission or Lab / x-ray investigations.
• Maintain courtesy and politeness in customer service.
• Ensure information reflects current hospital facilities and services.
