Responsibilities

• Receive and register patients at the clinic counter.
• Prepare case notes and prescriptions prior to consultation sessions.
• Record patient vitals and assist with basic assessments.
• Coordinate admissions, bed bookings and investigations (lab/x-ray).
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist in portering and directing patients within the hospital.
• Ensure smooth front-desk operations and uphold service standards (ISO/quality processes).
