QMS HEALTHCARE SDN BHD's Pasir Gudang clinic is seeking a dedicated and organised Clinic Assistant to join our team. This full-time role supports the smooth operation of our clinic, acting as the first point of contact for patients and providing administrative and operational support alongside our practitioners.

You will welcome patients, manage appointments, maintain records, process payments, stock supplies, prepare treatment rooms, assist clinicians, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare/admin/customer service qualifications are a plus.
• Experience in a clinic, healthcare facility, administrative, or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Manage appointments and reminders via phone, email, or text.
• Maintain confidential patient records and documentation.
• Process payments and manage clinic finances.
• Stock supplies and prepare treatment rooms; ensure cleanliness and sanitisation.
• Assist practitioners during consultations and treatments.
• Handle patient enquiries and provide information on services.
• Uphold clinic policies and health and safety regulations.
• Support data entry, filing and general office tasks.
