Job summary

CELLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a Clinic Support Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to assist with daily operations, maintain cleanliness, greet guests, manage deliveries, and support doctors and nurses with non-clinical tasks.

The role requires a minimum SPM qualification, a valid Class D driving license, and the ability to work weekends and public holidays. You will help with parking, pantry items, event support, and ensure a professional, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic, treatment rooms, reception area, and common areas.
• Greet guests on arrival and assist with parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Provide refreshments and basic assistance to customers.
• Assist doctors, nurses and clinic staff with non-clinical operational tasks.
• Support clinic events, promotions and marketing activities as needed.
