Job summary

SAFAMEDIC HEALTHCARE SDN BHD is seeking a motivated clinic admin to join our team in Malaysia. You will handle patient registration and entry, assist doctors with daily clinic procedures, process payments for services and medicines, and coordinate calls and emails for appointments and inquiries.

Applicants with or without prior experience are welcome. Minimum education is SPM or a Diploma, and willingness to work scheduled hours or shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Registration and processing of patient entry.
• Assisting the Doctor with daily clinic procedures.
• Handling payments for services and medicine from patients.
• Coordinating phone calls and emails for appointments and other inquiries.
• Assisting patients and customers by providing precise information.
• Completing other tasks delegated by superior.
• Submit Panel for claim purpose.
