NORTHERN TOWER HEALTHCARE SERVICES SDN BHD in Bayan Lepas, Penang, invites applications for a customer service/patient care role. You will handle enquiries via phone and on-site, schedule appointments, and ensure privacy of patient data while delivering courteous service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service or patient care, a diploma, and experience with patient registration. Training hostel provided, overtime and annual medical benefits, and uniform supplied.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in customer service/patient care
• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Candidate with background of customer/patient registration procedure
• Smooth & efficient public relationship
• Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Answer enquiries and provide replies to customers/patients via phone (calls/WhatsApp)
• Respond to enquiries on-site (clinic premise)
• Schedule and coordinate appointments (on-site/ via phone)
• Send reminder and confirm appointments with customers/patients
• Provide follow-up to customers/patients
• Maintain privacy & confidentiality of customer/patient information/data
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor/management
