Job summary

Zhao Xi TCM Centre Sdn Bhd is expanding and seeking a diligent Full-Time Coordinator to ensure smooth clinic operations and outstanding patient experiences. You will welcome patients, manage appointments, handle inquiries via phone and WhatsApp, and assist practitioners as needed.

Training will be provided for herbal medicines and clinic procedures, with emphasis on confidentiality and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Diploma in Healthcare, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, clinic operations, retail, hospitality, or healthcare is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic appointment system.
• Handle patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Assist TCM practitioners during consultations and treatments when required.
• Process patient registrations, payments, receipts, and daily cash transactions.
• Dispense herbal medicine and healthcare products according to clinic procedures (training provided).
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Monitor clinic supplies and coordinate inventory replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception and treatment areas.
• Support health talks, promotional activities, and community events when required.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive patient experience at every visit.
