This role is well-suited for fresh graduates or individuals with a positive attitude who want hands-on experience in a healthcare setting, including weekends and occasional travel as required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Friendly, patient-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use common software (MS Office).
• Willing to learn, energetic, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients to ensure a professional, friendly experience.
• Handle calls and enquiries via WhatsApp and other platforms.
• Provide information on clinic services and treatments to patients.
• Assist with patient registration, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Perform billing, cashiering duties, and maintain records.
• Ensure the clinic is clean, organized and compliant with procedures.
• Support doctors and clinic staff to coordinate patient flow and scheduling.
• Be ready for ad-hoc tasks to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients to ensure a professional, friendly, and positive experience.

Handle incoming calls and respond to enquiries via WhatsApp and other platforms.

Provide accurate information on clinic services and treatments to new and existing patients.

Guide potential patients on available treatment options and clinic offerings.

Administrative & Clinic Operations

Manage patient registration, appointment bookings, and follow‑ups.

Perform billing, payment processing, and cashiering duties.

Maintain accurate records, including patient files and inventory tracking.

Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and daily operational support.

Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and well‑presented at all times.

Follow clinic communication standards, operating procedures, and company policies.

Team Support

Work closely with chiropractors and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations and quality patient care.

Assist the doctor in coordinating patient flow and clinic scheduling.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

On‑the‑job training will be provided.

Must be willing to perform ad‑hoc tasks to support daily clinic operations as needed.

Requirements

Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Friendly, patient‑oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office or equivalent).

A positive attitude, pleasant personality, and willingness to learn.

Energetic, self‑motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willing to travel when required.

Able to commit to a retail shift schedule, including weekends.
