Job summary

Chiropractic First (M'sia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly Clinic Assistant to be the first point of contact for patients and to help ensure smooth clinic operations. You will support patient services, front desk tasks, and assist the clinical team to deliver a positive patient experience.

This role is well-suited for fresh graduates or individuals with a positive attitude who want hands-on experience in a healthcare setting, including weekends and occasional travel as required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Friendly, patient-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use common software (MS Office).
• Willing to learn, energetic, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients to ensure a professional, friendly experience.
• Handle calls and enquiries via WhatsApp and other platforms.
• Provide information on clinic services and treatments to patients.
• Assist with patient registration, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Perform billing, cashiering duties, and maintain records.
• Ensure the clinic is clean, organized and compliant with procedures.
• Support doctors and clinic staff to coordinate patient flow and scheduling.
• Be ready for ad-hoc tasks to support daily operations.
