Job summary

Klinik Suppayah 24 Jam Tanjung Rambutan in Perak is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our medical team. This full-time role supports both administrative and clinical tasks to ensure smooth patient care.

You will register patients, manage appointments, handle calls and inquiries, assist doctors, prepare supplies, and maintain records and infection control standards. The position requires good communication and the ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma (healthcare-related field is an advantage).
• Experience in clinic or healthcare setting preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts (nights, weekends, public holidays, overtime).

Responsibilities

• Register patients and update records.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Prepare and remind patients for medication collection.
• Assist doctors during consultations, treatments and procedures.
• Prepare instruments, equipment and materials before procedures.
• Clean, disinfect and sterilize tools and equipment after use.
• Handle payments, billing and receipts.
• Submit panel claims and billing on time.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Monitor medical supplies and stock levels.
• Coordinate ordering of medical disposables.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, infection control and safety standards.
• Support daily clinic operations and general administrative tasks.

• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Prepare and remind patients for medication collection
• Assist doctors during consultations, treatments, and procedures
• Prepare instruments, equipment, and materials before procedures

• Handle counter duties: payments, billing, and receipts
• Submit panel claims and billing on time (same-day when required)
