Klinik Medikasih invites a proactive team player to join as a clinic assistant in Subang Jaya. The role covers front desk duties, receptionist management, patient scheduling, and basic dispensary tasks. Fluency in English and Malay is required; Mandarin is a bonus.

• At least SPM/ Diploma in Pharmacy/ Allied health professions.
• Those with clinic work experience are welcome to apply.
• Able to work in shift, weekend and public holidays.
• Sociable, good interpersonal skills, team player and responsible.
• Proficient in English and Malay; Mandarin speaking is a bonus.
• Must be computer literate (Word/Excel/Canva).
• Manage claims for third party panel.
• Social media management.
• Must have own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception area.
• Schedule patient appointments and front desk activities.
• Maintain and update patient records.
• Take vital signs and record in patients' charts.
• Handle dispensary work.
• Assist doctors in clinic procedures and examinations.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage reception area
• Schedule patients appointment and manage the clinical front desk activities.
• Perform administrative duties of the clinic including maintaining and updating of patient records.
• Take vital signs. such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight and height, and record information in the patients' charts.
• To handle dispensary work.
• To assist doctors in various clinic procedures and examination.
• Ensure a clean and organised clinic environment, adhering to infection control.
