About the role

CLINIC TT WC is seeking a few Clinic Assistant to join our team at our healthcare center at Taman Maharani, Muar. This is a full-time position that will provide crucial administrative and clinical support to our natural therapies and alternative medicine practitioners.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming clients, providing excellent customer service


• Scheduling and managing appointments, maintaining the clinic calendar


• Assisting practitioners with patient consultations and treatments as needed


• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality


• Ordering and restocking medical supplies and supplements


• Ensuring the clinic is clean, organized and well-maintained


• Providing general administrative support to the clinic team
