Job summary

KLINIK YAKIN in Melaka is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team at Taman Paya Rumput Perdana. This full-time role supports smooth operation of our natural therapy and alternative medicine clinic, delivering high-quality healthcare in a collaborative environment.

You will greet patients, manage appointments and records, prepare treatment rooms, handle inventory and general admin. The ideal candidate has clinic or medical assistant experience, great communication, and proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
• Assisting with the preparation and set-up of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Providing administrative support to the clinic, such as inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
• Communicating effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members to address inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Supporting the implementation of clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of clinic operations.

• Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health record systems
• A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude, with a genuine interest in natural and alternative healthcare approaches
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with any relevant healthcare-related certifications or qualifications being highly desirable
