Job summary

O2 Klinik SDN BHD is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support patient registration, help doctors and nurses during consultations, and assist with medication preparation and dispensing. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience or be a fresh graduate from related fields. Flexible hours including evenings or weekends may be required to meet clinic needs. Kulim, Kedah location preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Fresh graduate / Clinic assistant / Medical Assistant / Pharmacy Assistant / Radiographer are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with registration and provide updates on waiting times and assigned consultation rooms.
• Support doctors and nurses during patient examinations and routine medical procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications to patients.
• Support clinical procedures and operate medical equipment with care, ensuring professionalism and safety.
• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of supplies and medications to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Ensure the clinic area is kept clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Submit the TPA claim.

Salary Range: RM 1,700.00 - RM 2,500.00 (Based on experience)

Education:

At least SPM/\"O\" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

O2 Klinik headquarter is located in Ayer Itam, Penang Island. O2 clinic headquarter is known to be one of the largest clinic due to the number of consultation rooms, treatment rooms, and the number of doctors and nurses on duty.

Up until May 2016, our headquarters alone have 10 treatment rooms and 5 consultation rooms with 10 doctors and 20 qualified nurses working on a shift rotation basis, 16 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our mission and vision is to deliver care to the community with empathy and holistic approach with the advance diagnostic and treatment equipment including the modern laser technology.
