Key Responsibilities

• Patient Services: Greet patients warmly, manage daily check-ins/registrations, schedule appointments, and handle cash/digital billing transactions seamlessly.

• Clinical Support: Assist medical officers during patient examinations, record basic vital signs, and provide initial triage support in consultation areas.

• Dispensary & Inventory: Monitor, organise, and restock medications and clinical consumables to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.

• Facility Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sterilisation across waiting areas and consultation rooms.
