Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival at the clinic, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
• Managing patient check-in and check-out procedures, including registration and appointment scheduling
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Assisting healthcare practitioners during treatments and therapies as required
• Ensuring the clinic environment is clean, organised, and meets health and safety standards
• Sterilising and preparing medical equipment and treatment areas between patient sessions
• Handling general administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails and appointment confirmations
• Processing patient payments and managing basic financial transactions
• Providing information to patients about treatments, services and clinic policies
• Supporting inventory management and restocking of clinic supplies and materials
• Maintaining strict patient confidentiality and adhering to data protection requirements
