Job summary

Klinik Tuah is hiring a Clinic Assistant for our branch in Gombak, Selangor. The role involves patient registration, providing explanations about treatments, and assisting doctors during examinations. Rotational shifts include 9am-4pm, 2pm-9pm, and various combinations.

About the Position:

• Position : Clinic Assistant
• Working Hours : 9am-4pm and 2pm-9pm (rotations)

Job Scope:

• Register patients and ensure the information in the system is accurate.
• Provide basic explanations to patients regarding treatment procedures or medications prescribed by the doctor.
• Assist patients who require physical help, such as the elderly or disabled.

Assistance to Doctors:

• Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and provide equipment or medications during treatment.
• Ensure all treatment rooms are clean, organized, and ready for use.

Record and Documentation Management:

• Safeguard and keep patient medical records confidential.
• Update medical supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Manage daily and monthly reports related to clinic operations.

Pharmacy Management (if required):

• Handle medications at the pharmacy counter.
• Provide basic instructions to patients on how to use medications (based on the doctor’s instructions).

General Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including the registration counter and waiting area.
• Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and message and responding to patient inquiries.
• Adhere to clinic safety and cleanliness standards.
