Job summary

Klinik Banyan in Malaysia is seeking a diligent healthcare assistant to work alongside doctors in patient examinations, dispense prescribed medications with clear instructions, and maintain accurate patient records. You will welcome patients, ensure a courteous environment, and support clinical procedures under supervision.

The role offers varied shifts (afternoon, day, evening, night, and rotational) and supplemental pay such as overtime, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Deal with patients in a polite, courteous and professional manner at all times.
• Assist medical officer during physical examinations on clients.
• Assist medical officer in procedures such as dressing, suction, blood taking; call client into the consultant's room for consultation.
• Dispense drugs as prescribed by doctors with correct instructions to patients.
• Perform other administrative duties and maintain patient records as required.
• Additional duties as assigned by the company and doctor.
• Marketing and advertisement is a bonus.

Perform other administrative duties of the clinic, ensure patient records are maintained and updated accordingly.

Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the company and doctor.

Dispense drugs as prescribed by the doctors, ensuring the right drugs and dosage are given out with correct instructions to the patients.

Can do marketing and advertisement is a bonus
