Fintop Consulting is hiring a Client Success Specialist (Japanese Speaker) for its Kuala Lumpur office. This role focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional experience in the FX/CFD brokerage space.

You will support Japanese-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, resolve inquiries, collaborate with internal teams, and keep CRM records up to date while contributing to service improvements.

Qualifications

• Native/Fluent Japanese speaker.
• Experience in Client Services, Customer Service, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
• FX, CFD, Brokerage, Trading, or Financial Services experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms is advantageous.
