Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in client service, account management, operations, or a related field.
• Familiarity with insurance, consulting, brokerage, or professional services environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex client accounts.
• Follow up on correspondences and manage ongoing client communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and communicate a clear understanding of client businesses through client research, industry research, benchmarking studies, and risk maps.
• Support colleagues in managing day-to-day aspects of designated accounts and perform related tasks.
• Liaise between internal senior professionals and business accounts to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Represent the business to support client satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Manage account concerns or issues and resolve routine and complex problems in a timely manner.
• Escalate issues to senior colleagues when appropriate.
• Collect insights and feedback on relationship satisfaction and report findings with context and recommendations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with client counterparts.
• Complete billing and other transactional work as required.
• Generate and coordinate calendars, timelines, and other operational materials for account delivery.
• Maintain fluency in service offerings and market trends to enhance work quality and support sales capability.
