Job summary

Marsh FINPRO Team in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned professional to manage day-to-day communications for assigned client accounts, including complex FINPRO portfolios. This role ensures client understanding and placement of coverage for financial institutions, directors & officers, professional indemnity, crime and related risks, while supporting satisfaction, retention and growth.

You will be the primary contact, coordinate with internal experts, conduct client and market research, develop risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in client service or account management.
• Finance, corporate finance or law firm background preferred.
• Experience in insurance, consulting, brokerage, or professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for complex client accounts.
• Follow up on correspondences and manage ongoing client communications.
• Develop understanding of client businesses via research and risk maps.
• Support colleagues in day-to-day account management.
• Liaise between internal professionals and client accounts to ensure service delivery.
• Represent the business professionally to support satisfaction and growth.
• Manage account concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Create calendars and timelines to support delivery.
