Job summary

Marsh FINPRO Team in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Client Services professional to act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications with assigned client accounts, including complex FINPRO portfolios. The role focuses on understanding client needs, risk mapping, and ensuring service excellence to drive satisfaction, retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in client service, account management, operations, or related field.
• Experience in finance, corporate finance or law firm environments is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with client accounts, including complex portfolios.
• Follow up on correspondences and manage ongoing client communications professionally.
• Develop understanding of client businesses through research, benchmarking, and risk mapping.
• Support colleagues in day-to-day account management tasks and service delivery.
• Liaise between internal professionals and business accounts to ensure smooth service.
• Represent the business to support client satisfaction, compliance, and growth.
• Manage account concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Escalate issues to senior colleagues when appropriate and provide context.
