Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with client accounts, including complex accounts.
  • Follow up on correspondences and manage ongoing client communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and communicate understanding of client businesses via client research, industry research, benchmarking studies, and risk maps.
  • Support colleagues in managing day-to-day aspects of designated accounts.
  • Liaise between internal senior professionals and business accounts to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Represent the business professionally to support client satisfaction, compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Manage account concerns or issues and resolve routine and complex problems promptly.
