Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Permanent Night Shift Customer Service officer at KL Sentral. Basic up to RM4500 per month, with KPI and shift allowances, working hours 6pm–8am, 9 hours per shift, five working days (Mon–Sun). Immediate hiring and willingness to work in KL Sentral are required.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage. Min SPM, must have customer service experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Permanent night shift with EPF and SOCSO benefits included.

• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
