Job summary

Sunway Fintech Services in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to grow and protect our existing client base by driving subscription renewals, boosting retention, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction across our fintech solutions.

You will own end-to-end renewal processes, spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow recurring revenue, provide timely after-sales support, and coordinate with product, operations and compliance teams to deliver a seamless, compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in client relationship management, account management, telesales, or customer retention.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, banking, or credit reporting services would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their business needs, and implement retention strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen loyalty, and partnerships.
• Manage end-to-end subscription renewals, achieve renewal targets, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow recurring revenue from existing clients.
• Provide timely after-sales support by addressing client enquiries, resolving service issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Conduct proactive outbound activities to secure subscription renewals, reactivate dormant accounts, and generate additional revenue from existing clients.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including renewal rates, client retention, churn, telesales conversion, and revenue growth, while maintaining accurate sales pipelines and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, improve service delivery, streamline renewal processes, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and data protection requirements.
