Job summary

NEXXATECH GLOBAL SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Client Relations Lead/Client Management Specialist to serve as the primary contact for operational client matters and to drive engagement and performance improvements.

You will monitor activity levels, coach clients, organize trainings, and ensure compliance with platform policies while working with recruitment and marketing teams to support growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, community management, customer success, talent management, or team leadership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin are compulsory.
• We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational matters.
• Monitor client’s activity levels.
• Conduct regular check-ins and coaching sessions with clients.
• Organize client’s engagement activities, training sessions, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure clients comply with platform policies and operational guidelines.
• Resolve clients concerns and provide timely support.
• Analyze client’s performance data and recommend improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to support client’s growth.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
