Job summary

NEWPAGES NETWORK SDN BHD is seeking a Client Relations Executive to assist clients, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience with our services. You will guide product usage, provide support, and coordinate with internal teams to keep clients informed and satisfied.

The role requires 1–2 years of client communications experience, strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of client communications and coordination experience.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Attention to detail and deadline-oriented.

Responsibilities

Guide clients on how to use website functions and features effectively.
Provide support and technical guidance via calls, emails, or user manuals.
Manage client communications throughout issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Project Management, and Sales) to resolve issues.
Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Share findings, updates, and action plans with clients.
Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Client Relation Executive, you will work closely with clients to provide support, resolve issues, and ensure they have a smooth and positive experience using our services. Your primary responsibilities include:

Guide clients on how to use website functions and features effectively.

Provide support and technical guidance through calls, emails, or user manuals.

Manage communication with clients throughout the issue resolution process.

Handle client complaints professionally and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.

Work closely with internal departments (R&D, Project Management, and Sales) to resolve issues efficiently.

Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and service quality.

Share issue findings, updates, and action plans with clients in a timely manner.

Perform any other duties as assigned or required from time to time.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

Possess a Diploma or equivalent qualification.

At least 1 – 2 years of related experience in handling client communications and coordination.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
