Newpages Network Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and modern technologies. You will build responsive interfaces, implement APIs, and optimize databases while participating in requirements gathering and system design.

The role emphasizes TDD, SDLC management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to digitalize workflows and adopt AI-assisted automation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), relational databases, and web application architecture.
• Experience integrating databases, third-party APIs, and external services into web applications.
• Exposure to AI tools, AI-assisted development, automation workflows, or LLM-based technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using PHP and modern web technologies.
• Build responsive user interfaces, write clean and maintainable code, and integrate databases and back-end services.
• Participate in requirement gathering, system analysis, application design, and technical specification planning.
• Evaluate system architecture, application performance, usability, and database structure to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including development, testing, debugging, deployment, maintenance, and documentation.
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure applications meet business requirements.
• Research and implement AI-powered solutions and automation tools to improve products, operational efficiency, and business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitalize workflows and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Participate in requirement gathering, system analysis, application design, and technical specification planning.

Evaluate system architecture, application performance, usability, and database structure to deliver effective technical solutions.

Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including development, testing, debugging, deployment, maintenance, and documentation.

Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure applications meet business requirements.

Research and implement AI-powered solutions and automation tools to improve products, operational efficiency, and business processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitalize workflows and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Perform any other duties as assigned or required from time to time.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), relational databases, and web application architecture.

Basic understanding of system analysis, website development, and technical environments.

Experience integrating databases, third-party APIs, and external services into web applications.

Exposure to AI tools, AI-assisted development, automation workflows, or LLM-based technologies. Experience in building AI-related solutions will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
