Job summary

Citi is seeking a professional for the Treasury and Trade Solutions team in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves coordinating regional implementations of cash management solutions and driving project delivery to time and quality targets.

You will work with Sales, Product Management, and Client Services to ensure client satisfaction and successful go-lives. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of regional and global cash management solutions of small size and low complexity.
• Continuously reduce implementation cycle time, minimize deal slippage and associated revenue conversion lead time. Report project status and escalate for on hold deals.
• Apply disciplined project management methodologies throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to defined quality standards and achieve excellent ratings in quality reviews.
• Coordinate Sales, Product Management, Client Services and Operations to ensure client satisfaction.
• Engage with partners using defined tools (CRM engagement, CSR handover 4/6 weeks before go-live).
• Attend client meetings with TTS Product Sales and Relationship Managers.
• Document post-implementation reviews and case books for future use and marketing.
• Track and communicate deal status and MIS metrics to senior management.
• Participate in staff forums and mandatory training, escalate control issues with transparency.
