Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Trainer II to deliver client-focused training for new hires and product updates. The role includes mentoring Program Ready Trainers, curriculum review, and evaluating programs for effectiveness. Certification in Trainer Certification Program (101/102) is required or pursued.

The position emphasizes coaching, classroom facilitation, and collaboration with Operations to ensure agents are production-ready with up-to-date product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university.
• Two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day training in the classroom and monitor trainee progress.
• Use engaging presentation and facilitation techniques to support learning.
• Prepare and present training materials and demonstrations.
• Achieve individual training performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations to transition trainees to production.
