Rockingham Corporate Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Accounts Supervisor to lead outsourced accounting services and mentor a growing team. The role focuses on supervising client accounting, reviewing full sets of accounts, and building strong client relationships in a dynamic professional environment.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in public practice, strong Malaysian reporting knowledge, and excellent communication. Mandarin ability is a plus; leadership development is encouraged.

Formación

• Minimum of 4–5 years' experience in a professional accounting firm (public practice).
• Experience in outsourced accounting, business solutions or client accounting services.
• Experience leading, supervising or mentoring a team.
• Strong technical knowledge in full set accounting and Malaysian financial reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage professionally with clients.
• Enjoys understanding clients' business needs and delivering practical, value-added solutions.
• Proactive, adaptable, results-driven and eager to take on new challenges.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and/or written) will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support the delivery of outsourced accounting services for a portfolio of clients.
• Review full sets of accounts and management reports to ensure quality, accuracy and timely completion.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Guide and mentor junior team members while fostering teamwork and continuous learning.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support clients' accounting and business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a high standard of professional service.
