Jubin BMS (1990) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Executive to be based in Tebrau III, Johor, with a 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturday off). The role involves AR data entry, month end closing, monthly management reporting, and audit coordination to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The successful candidate should hold a degree in accounting/finance, have at least 2 years of related experience (audit background preferred), and be able to work independently with proficiency in MS Excel

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in accounting or finance.
• 2 years of experience in related fields.
• Audit experience is an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle AR data entry, month end closing and monthly management report.
• Prepare reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
• Monitor bank balance and cash flow to meet payment deadlines.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounts with compliance to standards.
• Coordinate and assist with internal and external audit processes and prepare audit documents.
• Ensure completeness of documents in accordance with internal guidelines for audit purposes.
• Undertake other duties as instructed by supervisor.
