Job summary

Eqool Enviro Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Semenyih, Selangor. This full-time role focuses on managing client accounts, accurate financial record-keeping, and providing high-quality accounting support to a diverse client base.

You will maintain strong client relationships, process invoices and expenses, and contribute to tax compliance and overall efficiency of the accounting function.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bookkeeper or account executive in a small to medium practice accounting environment.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial record-keeping.
• Attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Experience with Malaysian accounting practices and tax compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for assigned client accounts.
• Process invoices, expenses and payables for clients with proper documentation.
• Provide timely accounting support and respond to client queries.
• Maintain organized client files and accounting records per procedures.
• Gather financial information and documentation from clients for records.
• Assist in preparation of tax returns and compliance documents.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency of the accounting function.
