Job summary

FunnelEvo Group is seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage the company's daily accounting operations in Malaysia. You will handle full sets of accounts, maintain the general ledger, and ensure timely completion of all accounting activities.

You will also reconcile intercompany accounts, investigate discrepancies, prepare financial statements, verify supplier invoices, and process payments, while maintaining an organized filing system and supporting ad hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and responsible accounting professional.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts and monthly closings.
• Ability to balance and reconcile intercompany accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts accurately and on time.
• Maintain the general ledger and analyse account information.
• Record assets, liabilities, revenue and expenses correctly.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare financial statements including balance sheets and P&L.
• Verify supplier invoices and process payments.
• Maintain filing system for accounting records and documents.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting duties as required.
