Job summary

Supreme Asia Engineering Sdn Bhd invites a detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Iskandar Puteri team. You will handle full accounting cycles, prepare monthly closings, and support budgets in collaboration with operations.

A solid foundation in accounting and strong communication are essential. With 2–4 years of accounting experience and a Diploma or Bachelor’s in accounting, you’ll work across GL, AP, AR, invoices, and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related field (ACCA/CPA a plus).
• Strong accounting foundation with 2–4 years of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts (GL, AP, AR) and monthly/annual closing reports.
• Monitor daily cash flows, process bank reconciliations, and petty cash management.
• Oversee invoicing, collections, and vendor payment processing.
• Assist with internal/external audits, tax submissions, and adherence to local standards.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments for budgeting and expense tracking.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts (GL, AP, AR) and monthly/annual closing reports.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash flows, process bank reconciliations, and handle petty cash management.
• Invoicing & Billing: Oversee timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payment processing.
• Compliance & Audit: Assist with internal/external audits, tax submissions, and ensure adherence to local accounting standards.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with operations and other departments to support budgeting and expense tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CPA is a plus).
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
