AGENSI PEKERJAAN ATHLAN ADVISORY SDN BHD is seeking a Customer Support Associate in Kuala Lumpur to be the first voice callers hear, guiding users through the platform and assisting with next steps. You will handle inbound calls about features, promotions and account navigation and log each interaction in the CRM.

You will also run outbound campaigns to engage clients with new promotions and products, and refer complex queries to the appropriate team. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, client support, call centre or sales support roles.
• Background in financial services is a plus but not essential.
• Strong and clear communication in English and Mandarin.
• Patient, calm and able to explain things simply.
• Organised with records and comfortable following approved scripts and conduct rules.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls on platform features, products, promotions and account navigation
• Guide clients through campaign steps, eligibility and timelines
• Refer complex or transactional queries to the right team
• Call clients about live campaigns such as deposit promotions, share transfer-ins, referral programs and dormant account reactivation
• Log every interaction and follow-up in the CRM
• Share client feedback with Marketing and Customer Service to improve scripts, FAQs and campaigns
• Provide support to both English and Mandarin speaking customers dialing in
