Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in client delivery, marketing operations, or project/program management.
• Proven track record in managing multi-account delivery portfolios or large-scale client engagements.
• Mastery of program and project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, or hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Own delivery performance across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring quality and adherence to delivery standards.
• Lead multi-workstream delivery programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies.
• Serve as the primary delivery authority for assigned accounts and escalate only when thresholds are met.
• Partner with Client Partners and Client Success Managers to align execution with priorities and expansion readiness.
• Lead delivery health reviews, identify risks, and drive remediation with teams.
• Implement delivery governance cadences and present insights in client-facing forums as needed.
