Job summary

2X Marketing in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Client Delivery Manager responsible for day-to-day delivery across client accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining delivery momentum while upholding standards and client objectives.

You will monitor progress, manage risks, onboard new projects, and partner with Client Partners and CSMs to ensure value realization and renewal readiness. The role operates on an EMEA shift (4:00 PM–1:00 AM) from the Kuala Lumpur office.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in project, delivery, or program management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery execution across assigned accounts, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Lead delivery planning, prioritization, milestones, and capacity coordination.
• Maintain delivery hygiene with timelines, dependencies, and documentation.
• Monitor progress with dashboards and reports; identify and mitigate risks early.
• Coordinate internal delivery across functions and align priorities.
• Facilitate internal stand-ups and client delivery check-ins.
• Support onboarding of new projects and team members.
• Review outputs to reinforce QA standards and reduce rework.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and workflows.
