Job summary

Experian in Malaysia seeks a Director to lead the Global Delivery Centre Operations and Strategy, translating enterprise strategy into scalable capabilities and measurable value.

You will align engineering, portfolio delivery and centre operations, improving service reliability and governance while driving cost efficiency and risk management. This role requires senior leadership across multiple regions and functions.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of experience in a GDC or tech operations environment, with senior leadership exposure.
• Strong technical grounding in software/IT operations and infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering complex transformational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering governance by turning decisions into prioritized roadmaps with accountable owners and measurable adoption.
• Drive GDC operations and growth to strengthen service performance, resilience and business continuity.
• Improve engineering performance using operational, financial and engineering data to set targets and address gaps.
• Lead capacity and expansion plans, aligning workforce, infrastructure, investment and budgets while resolving risks early.
• Drive executive alignment through decision-ready briefings, leadership forums and stakeholder engagement.
• Scale reusable engineering capabilities across cloud, DevSecOps, automation, AI and security to reduce duplication and deliver measurable value.
