Job summary

2X in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Client Delivery Director to lead end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts, ensuring on-time, high-standard execution aligned with client goals.

You will shape delivery governance, coach senior teams, and collaborate with Marketing Operations, RevOps, Creative, Data, and Activation to drive margin, efficiency, and sustained client value across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client delivery, marketing operations, or program management, including leadership of multi-account or enterprise-level portfolios.
• Experience leading complex, multi-region marketing programs using structured program and project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and govern delivery frameworks at scale.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery excellence, quality, and outcomes across a portfolio of Strategic, Growth, and high-risk enterprise accounts.
• Set and enforce delivery governance, including QA standards, operating rhythms, escalation protocols, and risk-prevention mechanisms.
• Lead delivery strategy for complex, multi-region programs with structured planning and outcome-driven execution.
• Represent Client Delivery in executive-level client conversations and QBRs, reinforcing execution leadership.
• Govern delivery KPIs, reporting cadences, and performance scorecards to ensure visibility and improvement.
