Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, sales, or customer service.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and assess customer financial needs and provide appropriate UOB banking products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance.
• Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through effective relationship management, cross-selling, and up-selling.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
• Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and ethical conduct.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch performance.
• Stay updated on market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively advise customers.
• Participate in branch initiatives and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and business growth.
• Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
