Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail banking, sales, or customer service.

• Identify and assess customer financial needs and provide UOB banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through effective relationship management and cross-selling.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for compliance.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch performance.
