Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, sales, or customer service.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets.
• Customer-centric with a passion for service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.
• Relevant financial certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CEILI) is a plus.
