Job summary

QDOS Flexcircuits Sdn. Bhd. in Penang is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Order Management) to act as the direct window with customers on sales orders, delivery schedules, quotations, quality issues, and related matters.

You will coordinate with shipping, production and warehouse personnel to ensure timely deliveries. This role requires monitoring on-time delivery, preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, and continuously improving the customer communication process through calls,

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Supply Chain, Marketing or equivalent.
• 1-2 years order processing experience in manufacturing preferred, fresh graduates considered.
• Able to plan, organize, and work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Excel.
• Mandarin/Japanese verbal skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform order processing from sales orders to delivery instructions.
• Support customers on enquiries including quotations, shipment schedule and quality matters.
• Follow up on sample product delivery (prototype).
• Coordinate with shipping/production/warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.
• Develop strong customer relationships via phone, email, and visits.
• Follow up outstanding payments and tooling costs.
• Monitor and compile customer demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with planning on customer demand and shipment matters.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (ORDER MANAGEMENT)

To act as direct window with customer on sales order, delivery schedule, quotation, quality, outstanding payment,and other related matters.

To keep track ofon time delivery (OTD)for every shipment.

Preparingon weekly/monthly/quarterly sales or inventory relatedreports for customers.

Continuing to improve the customer communication process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Perform order processing, from sales orders to delivery instructions.
• 2. Support customers on all enquiries which includes prepare quotation, shipment schedule and quality related matters.
• 3. Follow up on sample product delivery (i.e., prototype)
• 4. Coordinating with shipping/ production/ warehouse personnel to ensure timely deliveries.
• 5. Develop excellent business relationship with customers through phone call, email and regular visit.
• 6. Follow up outstanding payments and tooling cost.
• 7. To monitor and compile customer's demand forecast.
• 8. To work closely with planning team on customer's demand and shipment related matters.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1. Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Supply Chain, Marketing or equivalent.
• 2. Preferable 1-2 years order processing experience in manufacturing industry, fresh graduates will also be considered.
