Jora Malaysia seeks a Senior Client Account Executive to manage customer orders, forecasts, and deliveries while coordinating with internal teams to fulfill requirements. The role emphasizes supply chain and order management, with proactive customer communication.

The Senior Client Account Executive is primarily responsible for managing customer orders, forecasts, deliveries, and internal supply chain coordination. The role acts as the key link between customers and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are planned, communicated, and fulfilled on time.
The role focuses on supply chain and order management, while involves customer communication and relationship management.
Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from customer forecast and purchase order through production planning, delivery, and completion.
Monitor customer forecasts, purchase orders, inventory requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and other internal teams to align customer requirements and delivery commitments.
Review customer demand and work with Planning and Production teams to identify capacity, material, and delivery constraints.
Follow up on production progress, material availability, quality issues, and shipment status to ensure orders are delivered according to schedule.
Monitor and communicate changes in customer demand, order quantities, delivery dates, and priorities to relevant internal teams.
Track order status and proactively identify potential delays or supply issues, escalating them when necessary.
Prepare regular reports on customer orders, delivery performance, forecasts, and outstanding issues.
Coordinate with Logistics and customers on shipment arrangements and delivery requirements.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, delivery concerns, and order-related issues professionally and promptly.
Maintain regular communication with customers to clarify requirements and provide updates on order and delivery status.
Conduct customer meetings or visits when required to review operational matters and strengthen working relationships.
Coordinate with Finance on payment follow-up and outstanding receivables when required.
Maintain accurate customer and order information in the relevant systems and ensure timely updates.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in supply chain, customer order management, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong experience in order management, production coordination, demand/forecast monitoring, and delivery planning.
Good understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple internal departments.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer requirements and expectations.
Able to identify potential supply or delivery issues and follow through until resolution.
Able to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers.
